The world of hospitality and catering is constantly changing. Vijverborgh knows the hospitality world well and therefore knows well which competences are important. This goes beyond assessing a CV but will be briefly tested in a personal intake.
With more than 30 years of experience, Vijverborgh has a broad business network, and idem employee database, and supply and demand can, in most cases, be brought together relatively quickly.
The client is relieved and a candidate, including backgrounds, is presented on location. All communication in the preliminary phase and during the interim period takes place through a fixed contact person within Vijverborgh.

To find the right professionals, a job profile is drawn up together with
the client. Besides selection on knowledge and experience, we select the candidate on 'people skills' and 'social skills'. In short, the interim candidate must be able to adequately find his/her way within your organisation and temporarily support the organisation as a fully-fledged team member.
